日々ゆるやかに、あそびごころを大切にしながら、イラストや絵本の制作をしています。
作品に触れた方が、空想や想像を広げたり、くすっと笑ってしまったり。
暮らしの中で少し気持ちに余裕ができて、心をゆったりさせて貰えたら嬉しいです。
I create my works with a relaxed and playful mind.
I would be happy if my works could make you expand your fantasies and imagination,
make you smile, and make you feel relaxed and at ease in your daily life.

イラストレーター（絵本作家、デザイナー）
東京生まれ・在住
イラストや絵本の創作活動を続けています。
また保育・幼児教育の仕事にも携わっており、 子ども達の、のびのびとした発想や感性に触れる日々を過ごしています。
自分自身も、子どもの頃から絵を描く事や物語を考える事が好きでした。
小学生の頃はよくオリジナルのマンガを自由帳に描き、それを友達が読んで、笑ったり喜んでくれる事が嬉しかったです。
大人になってもその想いは変わらず、今も様々なイメージを広げながら制作を続けています。

Lives in Tokyo, Japan
I have been creating illustrations and picture books.
Also, I'm involved in childcare and early childhood education.
I spend my days experiencing c hildren's spontaneous ideas and sensitivities.
I myself have loved drawing pictures and thinking up stories since I was a child.
When I was in elementary school, I often drew original cartoons in my free-form book and was happy when my friends read them and laughed or were pleased.
Even as an adult, I still feel the same way, and I continue to draw and create, expanding my imagination in various ways.

９月より半年間、出版社TARA BOOKSのアーティスト・イン・レジデンスとして南インド、チェンナイに滞在。絵本の制作と、現地の子ども達と一緒にワークショップを行う。

I’ve stayed at book building of TARA BOOKS in Chennai, South India as Artist-in-residence from September 2014 to February 2015. I worked on the project of making picture book. And we did workshops of painting pictures with children of India.
